Fridge Check and Replenishment Service Contract

This Fridge Check and Replenishment Service Contract ("Contract") is entered into between [Service Provider Name], hereinafter referred to as the "Service Provider," and [Checker's Name], hereinafter referred to as the "Checker," collectively referred to as the "Parties."

Service Details:

1. Service Description:The Checker will be responsible for checking the condition and stock levels of the fridge provided by Trusty Snaxx at the premises of [Customer Name], hereinafter referred to as the "Customer." The Checker will supply Trusty Snaxx with photos to enable the correct stocking of the fridge.

2. Replenishment:The Checker will replenish the fridge with drinks and snacks supplied by Trusty Snaxx according to the specifications and preferences provided by the Customer and ensure the fridge is clean and tidy in line with customer expectations.

3. Frequency:The Checker will perform these services on a [Service Frequency] basis, as agreed upon by both Parties.

Terms and Conditions:

4. Service Commencement:This Contract will commence on [Commencement Date] and will continue until terminated by either party with written notice.

5. Payment:The Service Provider agrees to pay the Checker £7.50 on a frequency in line with the [Service Frequency] for the services provided.

6. Product Handling:The Checker will handle and restock the products in a manner that ensures they remain fresh and of high quality.

7. Customer Preferences:The Checker will follow the Customer's preferences and instructions regarding the placement and types of products in the fridge.

8. Quality Assurance:The Checker will ensure the quality and freshness of the products, promptly replacing any defective or expired items in consultation with Trusty Snaxx.

9. Termination:Either Party may terminate this Contract by providing [Notice Period] written notice to the other Party.

General Provisions:

10. Governing Law:This Contract shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.

11. Entire Agreement:This Contract constitutes the entire agreement between the Parties and supersedes all prior oral or written agreements, understandings, or representations.

12. Amendment:This Contract may only be amended in writing and signed by both Parties.

13. Assignment:Neither Party may assign their rights or obligations under this Contract without the prior written consent of the other Party.
