Customer Contract for Serviced Fridge
This Customer Contract ("Contract") is entered into between Trusty Snaxx, hereinafter referred to as the "Service Provider," and [Customer Name], hereinafter referred to as the "Customer," collectively referred to as the "Parties."
Service Details:
Service Description: The Service Provider will provide a serviced fridge to the Customer's premises.
Products: The Service Provider will stock the fridge with drinks and snacks according to the Customer's specifications and preferences.
Frequency: The Service Provider will restock the fridge on a regular basis, as agreed upon by both Parties.
Terms and Conditions:
Service Commencement: This Contract will commence on [Commencement Date] and will continue until terminated by either party with written notice.
Payment: The Customer agrees to pay the Service Provider [Payment Amount] on a [Payment Frequency] basis for the services provided. If a Trusty Snaxx fridge is being supplied then a refundable deposit of £150 will be required.
Restocking and Maintenance: The Service Provider will ensure the fridge is properly maintained, cleaned, and stocked in accordance with the Customer's preferences. Any issues with the fridge will be promptly addressed by the Service Provider if the fridge is supplied by the Service Provider. If the fridge is supplied by the Customer, the Customer will then be responsible for the fridge's maintenance.
Product Selection: The Customer is responsible for specifying the types of drinks and snacks to be stocked in the fridge and undertakes to minimise the risk of any potential adverse effects on staff or customers. Any changes or adjustments should be communicated in writing to the Service Provider.
Quality Assurance: The Service Provider guarantees the quality and freshness of the products stocked in the fridge. Any defective or expired items will be promptly replaced by the Service Provider at no additional cost to the Customer.
Termination: Either Party may terminate this Contract by providing 1 month's written notice to the other Party. Upon termination, the Service Provider will remove the serviced fridge from the Customer's premises, if supplied by Trusty Snaxx.
Confidentiality: Both Parties agree to keep any confidential information obtained during the course of this Contract confidential and not to disclose it to any third party.
General Provisions:
Governing Law: This Contract shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.
Entire Agreement: This Contract constitutes the entire agreement between the Parties and supersedes all prior oral or written agreements, understandings, or representations.
Amendment: This Contract may only be amended in writing and signed by both Parties.
Assignment: Neither Party may assign their rights or obligations under this Contract without the prior written consent of the other Party.
